The final chapter is devoted to providing many examples of using NPC to investigate a wide range of different proteins. It demonstrates how NPC canexplore hydrogen bonds, protonation and deprotonation of amino acid residues, hydration structures, and hydrogen-to-deuterium exchange ratios.
