This is a cookbook and specifically an allergy free cookbook. I found out my daughter had allergies at 7 months old after a severe reaction to cows milk protein. From that moment i had to learn how to cook all over again. She has multiple allergies and this cookbook is free from milk, eggs, nuts and fish. I also have included a few tips and ideas for familes that are just finding out about allergies for the first time. Im wantting to offer fresh ideas to people living with food allergies as quite often it is hard to find a suitable recipie. All of my recipies were from years of trial and error in the kitchen. The recipies are great for people and children with allergies but also their friends and families, schools they attend, community groups and hospitals.
