Her voice was soft and she walked over to him and put a hand on his cheek. "You really have no choice. I am going with you. But thanks for worrying about me." She bent down and placed her lips to his, just barely touching them, kissing them softly. Michael leaned back slightly as the shock of her touch, her lips against his, surprised him. Out of all the things he thought she would do, this was not one of them. He saw her stand straight. The look on her face was one of bewilderment at first, than a smile slowly appeared and Michael felt like a mouse caught in a trap. "Are you afraid of me, Michael?" She had leaned forward again, and had come just centimeters from his face. Michael felt her breath on his lips, the need to kiss her again overwhelmed him. "Should I be?"
